The Diagnostic (AED 950 / $259) identifies the primary bottleneck and delivers a priority summary. The Action Map (AED 6,450 / $1,750) includes everything in the Diagnostic plus a written 30-90 day execution brief that is team and agency-ready.

Atoora operates as a senior growth advisory and GTM strategy partner for businesses that need strategic leadership without a full-time hire. The Growth Buildout is the primary vehicle for this, available by application only for businesses with AED 100k+ monthly revenue or serious pre-launch budget.
Is Atoora a media buying agency?
No. Atoora diagnoses and builds the growth system behind execution. Channel and campaign issues may be reviewed in the diagnostic, but Atoora does not position itself as a media buying or ad management service.
What is Atoora Growth Buildout?
A minimum 4-month engagement where Atoora owns strategy, execution coordination, funnel structure, lifecycle flows, and creative direction using its own selected execution network. Limited to 2 clients per month. Application only.
