Atoora collects the following types of data when you interact with the website, complete the fit-check quiz, submit an intake form, or apply for a Growth Buildout:
- Name and contact details (email, WhatsApp)
- Business name, website, and social links
- Business stage, category, and market information
- Fit-check quiz answers and result
- Intake form responses
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — Atoora does not store card details)
- UTM parameters and referral source
- IP address and browser information via analytics tools
2. How We Use Your Data
Data collected by Atoora is used for the following purposes:
- Preparing and delivering the diagnostic session or written deliverables
- Managing your booking, intake, and session logistics
- Reviewing and qualifying Growth Buildout applications
- Sending transactional emails related to your purchase or application
- Sending follow-up and nurture emails if you have given consent

3. Marketing Consent
Atoora will only send marketing and nurture emails if you have explicitly opted in via the fit-check email capture form or another consent mechanism on the website. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. Transactional emails related to your purchase or application are sent regardless of marketing consent.
4. Analytics and Tracking
Atoora uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track website usage, page views, and user behaviour. This data is anonymised and aggregated. GA4 may use cookies to distinguish users. You can opt out of GA4 tracking using browser extensions or privacy settings. Atoora may also use Google Tag Manager to manage tracking scripts.
5. Retargeting
Atoora may use Meta Pixel and Google Ads retargeting to show relevant advertisements to visitors who have previously visited the website. These tools use cookies and device identifiers. You can opt out of retargeting through your browser settings, the Meta Ad Preferences tool, or Google's Ad Settings.
6. Data Storage
Contact data, quiz results, intake forms, and application data are stored securely in Atoora's database (Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure). Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe. Atoora does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Data is retained for as long as necessary to deliver services and comply with applicable legal obligations.
7. Third-Party Services
Atoora uses the following third-party services that may process your data: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Google Analytics (analytics), Meta Pixel (retargeting), and email delivery providers. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

You have the right to request access to the personal data Atoora holds about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal and contractual obligations), and withdraw marketing consent at any time.
